The registration for the new IRONMAN 70.3 SWITZERLAND has opened since 3rd of July 2006. Over a hundred registrations have been made for the last seven days.
The IRONMAN 70.3 SWITZERLAND is going to take place for the first time on 3rd of June 2007 in Rapperswil-Jona. The number 70.3 corresponds to the sum of the different distances in miles: 1,2 miles swim (1,9 km), 56 miles cycle (90 km) und 14 miles run (21.1 km).
